How do I add a moment?
On My Moments, tap +. Enter a title, check the date, choose a mood and add a note if you like, then tap Save.
Can I save a moment from the past?
Yes. Tap the date and pick any day from 1 January 1900 to today. Future dates aren't available — GRANDPAL is for things that have already happened.
How do I edit or delete a moment?
Open the moment and tap Edit to change it, or Delete Moment to remove it. Deleting can't be undone.
How do I change the language?
Go to Settings → Language. English, Czech and Turkish switch instantly. Arabic needs a quick restart to switch the layout to right-to-left — your moments stay safe.
Where are my moments stored?
Only on your iPhone, in the app's private storage protected by iOS encryption. We have no server and never see your moments.
Will my moments move to a new iPhone?
Your moments are part of your iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup). Restore that backup on your new iPhone and GRANDPAL will bring them back. There is no sync between devices.
I deleted the app. Can you restore my moments?
Unfortunately not — we never had a copy. If you have an iPhone backup made before you deleted the app, restoring it may bring your moments back.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings → Delete All Data and confirm. Every moment is permanently removed from this iPhone. Your language setting is kept.
Does GRANDPAL need the internet?
No. Everything works offline. You only need a connection to open the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use or to send us an email.
Are there ads or subscriptions?
No. GRANDPAL has no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
